TOPIC OF CONVERSATION #1 OF 2020
Time.
In light of the current situation, there is a forced slow down.
Calendars have emptied bringing with it time.
Time to say thank you.
Time to organize.
Time to reflect.

For those who have to work in this period. Why not take this time to:
Why not take this time to:
- Start a new routine or practice.
- Learn something new. SkillShare has some great short courses. WOM’s Wing Woman Monika Kanokova has her own SkillShare classes you can have a look at.
- Read those books piling up.
- Wanted to start a webpage? Or what about writing?
- What about those articles you’ve booked marked on your devices?
- Prefer listening? Why not listen to some of the podcasts (scroll to the bottom for all the years) that the WOM Podcast Club has listened to and discussed over the years?
- Clean out your emails. Read the backlog of flagged newsletters you’ve told yourself you’ll read later or even hit unsubscribe.
- Exercise. There are tons of online videos to workout at home without equipment. If you haven’t been exercising it is a great way to start slow and build up, not only your health but the most important part - the practice.
- Organise your hard drive or digital photo library.
- What about looking at some ‘Art in Quarantine’? The brilliant Galerie Tanja Wagner has decided to upload artist’s video installations.
- Call friends and family, share what’s going on. Speaking to people, hearing their voices in real life.
Time to reflect.
Perhaps you didn‘t have time during the New Year to sit down and think about what you would like to do this year or in the coming years?
Or reflect on what is happening in terms of how we are globally connected, how our society functions, how business works as regards the components, how as individuals what our role of responsibility is for the common good, and so on.
Reflect on what this means in the bigger picture and the smaller components that make up the big picture. Create mindmaps of the interconnectivity brainstorming the parts of your daily actions.
Or maybe reflect on yourself, learn a bit more about how your natural body system flows in the day.
